Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
Exercising the right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (contact details in the imprint, widerruf@kova.video) by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the sample withdrawal form but are not required to.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment you used.
Expiry of the right
The right of withdrawal expires early if we have started performing the contract after you have, in checkout, expressly agreed and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal thereby (§ 356(5) BGB).
